DRAELO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DRAELO, we stand behind the quality of our products and appreciate your support. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery for items in new and unused condition.

Customers are responsible for:

  • return shipping costs
  • shipping fees for the exchanged item

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited releases
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can make it right.
